Heerak Jeong is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from University of Toronto.

His background is in deep tissue and sport massage. If you are curious to know which muscle to train for better gains and strength, he is the RMT you want.

He believes in healthy living by various modalities of exercise regime, which enables Heerak to recommend the optimal workout modality to help you through your training. If that is not your interest and just want a complete full body release, he will do just that
