Rachel is a physiotherapy assistant at PhysioFlow. She graduated from a four year Bachelor of Kinesiology program from York University. Rachel understand that a correct and relevant exercise protocol is an essential component of recovery in physiotherapy/rehabilitation treatments.

She has an advanced understanding of orthopedic conditions, joint movements, and muscle control; with which she guides her patients back into optimal functioning. Her background in sports and having gone through an ACL tear & surgery herself makes her exceptional in athlete’s care/rehab. Rachel interests include studying movement patterns, exercising, sports, nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
