Accounts Manager

Joy is the clinic’s accounts manager. She was born in the Philippines where she received her Bachelor of Science and specialization in Physiotherapy at Universidad de Sta. Isabel.She has been doing work in the field ever since. In addition to English she is also capable of speaking fluent Tagalong and a little bit of Arabic. Joy is currently family focused, mother of two, and devoted to her work.

She has significant amount of knowledge about the industry, patient care, and insurance coverage with which she regularly helps our patients with:

• Orientation and education to our clinic and our services

• Assistance with eligibility and coverage for services and products clinic offers

• Assistance with Direct billing and claims submissions
