Hello! I’m Cathy, Clinic Manager and Patient Care Coordinator here at PhysioFlow. My journey started in business and marketing, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and creative problem-solving. Over time, that passion for connecting with people naturally led me into healthcare , a field where compassion and purpose truly come together.

In my role, I focus on building meaningful relationships, both within our incredible team and with every patient who walks through our doors. I believe great care starts with genuine connection, and my goal is to create an environment where staff and patients alike feel supported, respected, and valued.

While I appreciate the importance of strategy and efficiency in clinic operations, I never lose sight of the human side of healthcare. Each appointment, each story, and each interaction matters, and I strive to ensure our team delivers care that’s not only effective, but deeply compassionate.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring industry trends, reading, and spending peaceful moments in nature. I also find fulfillment serving in my church community, where I lead worship and teach kids , experiences that continually remind me of the power of service and heart in everything we do.
